Dear Executive Director Ms. Yu,

On behalf of the recipients of wheelchairs from Lubang Island, Occ. Mindoro, I wish to express my sincerest thanks for allotting us twenty (20) wheelchairs.   In compliance therewith, I am submitting 13 pictures for your evaluation.  

All the wheelchairs had been personally distributed to the recipients.  I am unable to submit the 7 pictures as they are not yet developed and printed. However, I shall promptly submit the remaining pictures as soon as they are ready.

During the handover of the wheel chairs to the recipients, they were extremely happy and almost all of them received the wheelchairs, with tears of joy. 

When the weather becomes clear and transportation is available, please visit our paradise island of Lubang, so please let us know when you are ready.

Again, thank you so very much for your kindness and hope that you will kindly donate wheelchairs in the future.
